We may request evidence such as photographs to assess the issue. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund in 7 days. b. Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product that differs from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and provide a replacement or issue a refund. c. Non-Functioning Products: If you receive a product that is non-functioning or fails to perform its intended purpose, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery. We may request additional information or troubleshooting steps. If the product is found to be non-functioning, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that for returns and refunds, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
 
3. Return Shipping: In most cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the product. However, if the return is due to reasons other than those mentioned in sections 2(a), 2(b), and 2(c), you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. 4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
